Our Mission

At NWT, we understand the unique requirements needed to transport mental health patients, whether to or from home, into or out of the hospital, on inter-hospital transfers, to court, to or from hospital to prison, or even abroad.

We can provide the most appropriate means of transport for your requirements 24 hours a day, all year round. At NWT, we have the correct level of resources and trained staff to manage safe and secure patient transport across the country confidently. To ensure this, NWT invests in specially converted vehicles for comfortable and secure transfers.

NWT has a number of deidentified vehicles to ensure patient anonymity while in transit. These different vehicles may be required to transfer the patient pending their individual risk assessment.

Our Promise

At NWT, patients' needs are at the heart of our service provision. We are a specialist provider of transportation services for individuals using mental health services. Our service assists individuals in their journey of recovery, offering them personalised support plans while meeting their transport needs.
